A curious builder who learns by shipping.

I’m Taqi Saeed, a web developer in Lahore. I build websites and online stores, custom tools and integrations, and the occasional product nobody asked for, like a Mac app for an earbud case.

Most of what I know, I learned by shipping something and watching people use it. A confusing checkout taught me about checkouts. A spreadsheet nobody wanted to open taught me about internal tools. I still work that way: build it, put it in front of real people, keep improving it.

How I got here

Chapter 1

Pages

Small HTML and CSS projects first, then WordPress sites for people who needed to be online yesterday.

Chapter 2

Sites & stores

WordPress, Elementor and Shopify builds for brands like Giraa and Orneza: landing pages, product pages, size guides and the copy that goes with them.

Chapter 3

Tools

When a spreadsheet stopped being enough, I built dashboards, plugins and internal apps. The biggest set runs behind Quick Cart 99.

Chapter 4

Integrations

Courier APIs, payment matching, Shopify’s Admin API. Mostly about getting two systems to agree so a person doesn’t have to.

Chapter 5

Products

Dialed, an open-source Mac app for the CMF Buds Pro 2 dial. Released, used, updated. Mostly because the dial was right there.

How this helps you

Because I’ve built both the sites and the tools behind them, I can tell when a problem needs a better page and when it needs a better process. Because I learned by shipping, you’ll see something real early, and it keeps improving after launch.

Field notes

I have an unreasonable number of opinions about checkout flows.

If I do something by hand twice, I start sketching a tool for it.

I’d rather fix the real problem than install a fourth plugin for it.
