Better for your customers. Easier for your team.

Every project covers four stages: Find, Trust, Act and Run. Scroll down to see what each one changes for the people you serve.

Find → Trust → Act → Run
  1. 01 · Find

The right people can find you.

Someone searches for what you sell. Your pages load fast, say clearly what you do, and show up where they look.

    What I build
    • Fast, mobile-first pages
    • Search-friendly structure and content
    • Analytics from day one
  2. 02 · Trust

They see why to choose you.

Your offer, prices and proof are easy to find, so a first-time visitor understands you without asking.

    What I build
    • A clear offer on the first screen
    • Real proof: work, reviews, policies
    • A consistent, professional look
  3. 03 · Act

Getting in touch takes a few taps.

Asking a question, booking or buying works on a phone, and the customer knows it went through.

    What I build
    • Contact forms and WhatsApp that work
    • Simple product pages and checkout
    • Clear confirmation for the customer
  4. 04 · Run

Your team keeps up without the chaos.

Enquiries, orders and sheets land in one place, so following up doesn’t mean hopping between tabs.

    What I build
    • Dashboards instead of tab-hopping
    • Integrations between your tools
    • Automations for repetitive steps

Start here

Where are you right now?

Pick the one that sounds most like you. Each shows the problem, what I’d deliver, and what you get out of it.

The problem

People hear about you, but there’s nowhere online that explains what you do, why to trust you, or what to do next.

What I’d deliver

  • A clear message and page structure
  • A responsive build for any phone
  • Simple, obvious navigation
  • A contact or checkout flow that works
  • SEO and analytics foundations

What you get out of it

Visitors understand you quickly and know exactly how to enquire or order.

The problem

Visitors arrive and leave. Updates take too long. Nobody is sure which pages help and which get in the way.

What I’d deliver

  • A focused audit with priorities
  • UX and speed fixes
  • SEO implementation
  • Analytics you can actually read
  • Practical improvements, in order

What you get out of it

A site that’s easier to use and update, and a clear view of what to improve next.

The problem

More attention brings more enquiries, orders and admin. It’s hard to see what’s working, and the team loses time moving information between tools.

What I’d deliver

  • SEO and content structure
  • Clearer enquiry and checkout paths
  • Measurement you can act on
  • Dashboards and integrations
  • Automations for repetitive steps

What you get out of it

More of the right people can find and act on what you offer, and your team can keep up.

Working together

Clear decisions. Less busywork. More control after launch.

What changes for your business, not just what gets delivered.

  1. A plan you can say yes to

Options and trade-offs sit side by side, so you choose what comes first before paying for build time.

  2. A site your team can update

Prices, products, hours and pages change without waiting on a developer for every small edit.

  3. Fewer repetitive steps

Copying between tabs and sheets gets automated where it saves real time, and left alone where it doesn’t.

  4. Clear signals on what to improve

Simple tracking shows which pages and enquiries are working, so the next change is based on evidence.

How we get there

Five steps, no surprises.

You don’t need to know the tech. At every stage you’ll know what’s happening and what you’re getting.

  1. 01

    Understand the goal

We talk about what you want to change and what’s getting in the way. No jargon needed.

You getA short written summary of the problem and your options.
  2. 02

    Agree scope and priorities

What to do first, what can wait, and what isn’t worth doing at all.

You getA clear scope, timeline and price before any build starts.
  3. 03

    Design and build

You see working previews as it comes together, not one big reveal at the end.

You getClickable previews you can comment on.
  4. 04

    Test and launch

Phones, forms, payments, speed, and the small details that usually break.

You getA checked launch, with a backup taken first.
  5. 05

    Measure, refine and hand over

We look at what’s working, improve it, and make sure you can run it without me.

You getA handover guide, your logins, and follow-up fixes.
